Apart from gaining new knowledge you will be responsible for:

  • develop & execute customized strategies targeting at delivery of Growth & Profitability, based on Business Plan & Business Growth Strategy
  • Identify New Leads, Follow Up & deliver Success through strong Hunting Mentality & Ability to close deals
  • Drive actively & aggressively Innovation & Sustainability into Market & Customers. „Go & Grow with our Customers”
  • Preparation of offers, followed by negotiation, agree on commercial terms & close the deals
  • Establish, Maintain & Grow verified Pipeline of Opportunities. Deliver Growth out of Pipeline, ensure constant Pipeline re-fill
  • Permanently read, analyze & understand Market, Competition & Customer Demand
    Building long-term relationships and development strategies for cooperation with clients
  • Stay close to customers, frequently (re-) connect with customers online & on place, conducting presentations during business meetings, circulate visit reports, etc.
  • Provide an annual sales plan and quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan. Ensure target delivery. Meet & Exceed Budget.
  • Close interaction with Customer Service Team & other internal Functions on a frequent base to ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction & Business Continuity.

We expect from you:

  • min. 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative for Key Clients
  • advanced knowledge of the English language (additional foreign language is welcome)
  • the ability to make decisions
  • ability to work in a dynamically changing environment

  • very good knowledge of MS Office (SAP is welcome)
